Fifth Wheel RV Question?

Looking to buy a used fifth wheel RV. Probably about 34+ in length. Here's the set-up and the question.

We would be placing it on my sis-in-laws land in FL, not an RV park. So, every so often, (I assume) I would have to bring to a park to empty the tanks, etc. Could a STOCK F250 (or GMC 2500) haul it about 20 miles on flat ground, (ie not going through West Virginia on a 1000 mile trip)?

Will be using it for a couple months throughout the year to get out of Ohio winter weather. We plan on buying it locally in FL, not hauling it down.
